I am a new patient of Dr. Sherman after having the same dentist for 25 years. I had an initial consult and he decided that I needed a veneer on one of my teeth to match the veneers that I already had. He offered to do it for free and I am so grateful. My teeth are white and beautiful but this one tooth needed help. He is a very generous soul to make my smile better with no charge. Thank you Dr. Sherman!!

Many of my family members have used Dr.Sherman, and everyone of us have experienced extensive problems. I won't go into detail on their awful ridiculous experiences, but mine personally have been several: I've had two caps that were very expensive, both needing replacement due to dentist error and negligence. One of my caps had a root canal that he preformed and he did not get all the root out, so I have to have another root canal and a new cap. That's about $3000K just on one tooth. I've had fillings fall out, and so has my daughter. I've not had that happen before. This dentist has made tens of thousands of dollars from my family in the span of a couple of years, which none of us use anymore. I've often wondered if he really has a dental license? One thing is clear, he is a terrible dentist and not caring about anything but money. The 5 stars he gets has to be falsely generated. I very seldom write reviews, I'm not a disgruntled ex-employee, simply a patient who has had worse problems after choosing Dr. Sherman. I would advise you to choose a different dentist.

The staff seems hit and miss with who is more skilled. They charge me $750 one year for work that wasn't done. I had addressed it to the front desk person but she wad adamant that it was done. A year later the dentist tells me that the work wasn't done. Now a few years later, the crown had cracked! Very poor workmanship and service.

Worst experience I have had at a dentist. Big time bait and switch tactics ! Pushing a lot of expensive dental work I did not want .
The fillings I got still hurt and I will never go back.

My husband had not been to the dentist for 5 years, I finally talked him to going to see Dr Sherman. He is frightened from previous experiences of the pain. Anyway - it went really well and Dr Sherman and his staff were amazing, Totally concerned about how he was feeling. No critisicm about not going to the dentist for 5 years, they only seemed concerned about keeping him comfortable so it wouldnt be another 5 years. He said he would come back for sure! First Impressions was so professional and are working with us and our insurance to make it as painless as possible financially.

The sessions are painless, he did great job on my crowns, after numbness is go, crowns felt like always was there .Amazing experience. He is very fast and efficient .
Everything that I had to pay from pocket made sense over the years he earned my thrust. Staff was friendly although I prefer always quiet ?
They have great deals for Microsoft employee.

I know this dentist a long time . Excellent dentist good quality work for affordable price. He did many things me ,bridge work ,crown ,feelings, and works great .So far feel good in my mouth things has been improved one of them : I do floss easy now, no food traps no sensitivity... as far as insurance they will explain to you what is your portion .What is really important is that Dr. Ron is the one to talk to you about your dental concerns weather is about money or esthetics .He is straight shooter you will have clear picture what is necessary y what is not . I would recommend to anyone.

About Hygienist: He has very good hygienists if you wish them to do something different you may need to ask her ..

All I can say is, cheap cheap cheap work. My crown looked like a chiklett in my mouth.
