Dr. Broom is the best dentist I have ever had. I dislike dentists and going to the dentist but he is the first I've had that actually makes the experience enjoyable! I go out of my way to recommend him to others, which I never do for dentists or any other health care provider. He is extremely easy going and friendly!

Dr. Broom is down to earth, warm and laid back. He gets the job done well and does not suggest a lot of extra stuff that is unneeded. He helped me find a good, affordable, orthodontist and avoid needing a tooth implant. I love the the office is not fancy. I prefer the fees to be lower than to have a spa like environment. I was never able to stay with a dentist before Dr. broom because they all made me feel nervous and uncomfortable but Dr. Broom is different.

I just moved here and was nervouse about finding a new dentist. Dr. Broom had excellent reviews and good location so I set up an appointment. The day of the appointment I was running very late. I called to reschedule and Dr. Broom answered. He told me not to worry and to come in anyways. He was very friendly. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. I will definitely continue to use his services.

My teeth hurt while visiting UW for a workshop. So I searched the nearest dentist in the area, and found Dr. Randall Broom. Called at noon to make a reservation and immediately got an appointment in the early afternoon. They first take a x-ray to my teeth, and then did some cleaning job around the hurting teeth. Was told to pull out the problematic teeth as I go back home next week. The doctor is nice, gave a anti-biotic prescription and didn't charge anything for me. Very nice experience.

I got just exam and cleanings. I didn't need any work done. Dr. is super friendly and very honest. He'll treat you right and tell you like it is. His office is a little unusual in that it's on the 2nd floor of an apt building. The office is a little shabby. However, if you overlook this, you can get some great service. Dr. did his own cleanings and the assistant did the polishing.
About Hygienist: No hygienist. Just an assistant. She was very nice.

I like Randall. He is nice and personable. He considers my status as a senior with a fixed income. Eventhough I could get cheaper service eleswhere, I do not plan to do so. I think he has my interest at heart and I trust him. I wish him the very best .

I received great care with Dr. Broom. He was a provider - in addition to his practice - of donated services for disabled individuals, like myself. He has really done wonderful work for me (fillings, x-rays and etc.) and has referred me to only the finest other dentists (endontists, lab techs). Plus, he's seems like a really great guy.

Although located in an older building, the office is still very comfortable and cozy. Dr. Broom goes out of his way to make the patients feel comfortable and will explain everything to you step by step if that is what you wish.

Wonderful combination of expertise, ability to explain the technical in layperson's terms, and great manners with patients. Takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions, even writing down on the spot memos of things for me to check with my oral surgeon so I don't forget. Having skipped around various dentists for years, I plan to stick with Dr. Broom for many years to come.

Dr. Broom is a delight to visit. He always treats me courteously and respectfully. The personal attention that you get on every visit is unmatched. His offices are somewhat modest, but it is clear that his patients get the benefit of his lower overhead. A great dentist and a wonderful person. My only regret is that I didn't switch to him sooner.
