I was astonished that someone would give Dr. Johnson a low rating. More than once he has come in on his day off or worked overtime to help me.
His expertise in all areas is incredible, and his office staff and colleagues are always so helpful.
In addition he has Lilian, the world's best hygienist.
About Hygienist: Lilian is by far the most knowledgeable hygienist I have ever encountered. Her hands are gentle, and she really cares!

customer service is awful! only open monday thru thursday. their voice mail system doesn't even allow leaving voice messages (yes....this is written in 2011, 'not 1960)!!! if you need to cancel they require *2* days notice to avoid being charged (but remember - -- you can't leave messages). the overall message from this office is "don't call us, we'll call you" or "clients just get in the way". recommend to find a modern, customer friendly dentist instead!

I had had veneers put on 12 teeth, by another dentist, who did a good job and my veneers were sound, however my bite changed drastically after my veneers were seated back in 2005, and my other dentist was never able to get me to bite correctly.
Dr. Johnson took over, and on the first visit he made some molds, and then brought me back to adjust my bite, by making many very small modifications to many of my teeth, to get me to bite correctly.
Prior to finding Dr. Johnson, I was so worried that I would never bite correctly again, which was very stressful. He really saved my bite, and my sanity, and I would recommend him to anyone.
About Hygienist: Candy was so great. She put my mind at ease through every step and had the greatest bedside manner.

Wonderful dentist. Highly recommend. They ensure you are given the best most respectful service. Even giving extra consideration to anyone with anxiety over visiting the dentist.

I had Dr. Johnson advise me on my invisalign procedure - with quite a drastic correction needed. I am amazed at the rapid results, it has been 16 months since the procedure began and I am within a few weeks of completion. Throughout the procedure, the office has worked around my schedule, made adjustments to fit my needs, and have generally been delightful to work with. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for professional, elegant and sophisticated dental office in the Seattle area!
About Hygienist: Kandy - the Dental Assistant who has helped me with the invisalign trays has been very professional, polite and I always look forward to our next appointment.
