I have been to many dentists over the years, but Dr. Murphy is by far the best. I recently moved from Seattle and I wish I could bring his practice with me. I have always loved my visits to his office. For anyone living in Seattle, you are lucky to have him nearby. I recommend him without hesitation. Wonderful staff, lovely facility (I feel like I'm in a treehouse!), and he is conservative in his approach (no unnecessary work). Highly, highly recommend.
About Front Desk: Lovely front desk staff. Artsy, entertaining, and lively. And, did I mention - Happy! So nice to see such a happy office.

Dr. Murphy is one of the most professional dentist. His staff can learn great deal from him. His front desk associate could improve.

Dr. Murphy is professional and extremely competent. However, his staff lacks good customer service skills. Call-backs are not timely and their ability to accommodate patient's schedules means waiting sometimes months to get in to see Dr. Murphy. The staff is very unwilling to answer any routine insurance questions and in fact is quite rude if asked these kinds of questions. A number of appointments were cancelled by the office staff on the day of the appointment , with more than a week lapsing before the staff called to reschedule. Again, Dr. Murphy is a fantastic dentist. His staff makes it an undesireable experience.

Good staff, prompt on appointments, friendly, capable, efficient. Have been using for 20 years with absolutely no problems. Do wish they would send out reminders!

I was refered to Dr. Murphy by my previous dentist, whom I thought I'd never top. However, Dr. Murphy is not only extreemly kind and personable, but his staff is professional, facilities comfortable and treatments quite fine.
I've recommended him to every single person in my office, and to every new person who moves to Seattle that lives on the West Side. They're great.

I found Dr. Murphy by luck when I moved to Seattle. I've recommended him to no less than 6 friends who all think he and his staff are as wonderful as I do. Very good service, kind and thoughtful dentist, great staff, clean and comfortable offices, great location near the U. District. I definetly will continue recommending him to anyone in need of the quintesential "nice guy" dentist!

Dr. Murphy has won the hearts of about 20 of our friends. He is warm, affable, and professional. His staff is outstanding. Everyone we have referred has raved about him and his staff's expertise.
