Dr. Murphy is professional and extremely competent. However, his staff lacks good customer service skills. Call-backs are not timely and their ability to accommodate patient's schedules means waiting sometimes months to get in to see Dr. Murphy. The staff is very unwilling to answer any routine insurance questions and in fact is quite rude if asked these kinds of questions. A number of appointments were cancelled by the office staff on the day of the appointment , with more than a week lapsing before the staff called to reschedule. Again, Dr. Murphy is a fantastic dentist. His staff makes it an undesireable experience.
