i had teeth cleaning, xrays, buckles and cavities filled. My entire family goes there. Through him we have had root canals, veneers, implants. All at a reasonable price or with payments. everything done with a smile. the staff remembers us by name and always asks how the kids are

I was NOT happy with the customer service provided by this office. Dr. Baker himself is a pleasant man but I will never step foot inside his clinic again other to file a complaint to him directly about how his staff handles the privacy of the patient who put their trust in them to handle their care with the privacy and confidentiality that is required under the HIPPA act. This office staff is the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff I have encountered.

Very friendly staff, will work you in if it is an emergency, will take payments. Dr. Baker does the cleanings himself, treats you with respect, does excellent work, will refer you immediately if you need an oral surgeon or specialist. Very good with children.
About Hygienist: Dr. Baker does this himself, very good job, and very gentle.

This is the only dentist I have gone to who does the cleaning procedure himself. I have no complaints about the service I have received at this office. Office staff and hygenists are very pleasant, there is a very personal/family atmophere.
