I was NOT happy with the customer service provided by this office. Dr. Baker himself is a pleasant man but I will never step foot inside his clinic again other to file a complaint to him directly about how his staff handles the privacy of the patient who put their trust in them to handle their care with the privacy and confidentiality that is required under the HIPPA act. This office staff is the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff I have encountered.
