I am very disappointed with my treatment at Dr. Honda's.
I've been to Dr. Honda three times. Though my first two visits were fine, this morning as I got in my car for my 7:30 cleaning, I received a phone call from the dental hygienist. She demanded to speak to me and very angrily informed me "you need to be here RIGHT NOW."
"I'm in my car, on the way." I explained. "And I have 10 minutes. The appointment is at 7:30."
Perhaps I WAS mistaken and it was in fact at 7:15. It is quite possible I wrote down the wrong time. But who needs to be yelled at at 7:20 in the morning?!
When I got to the office, she proceeded to lecture me in an angry voice until I finally said that I wasn't comfortable with someone so angry at me scraping at my teeth. Though she apologized, it was the worst cleaning I've ever had.
I am never going back there again.

Dr. Honda is the best dentist I've ever gone to, in terms of making me feel at ease. He's always pleasant and willing (maybe a bit too willing!) to explain the details of different procedures and various options. The staff is always pleasant and professional as well. I've recommended him to anybody who's asked, including my wife!

Dr. Honda and his staff have always been great in my experience. He was recommended to me originally by a good friend who grew up going to their office since she was a kid so that started me out feeling more trusting to begin with. Then on my first visit 6 years ago, i had a bad toothache and they could have told me anything was wrong - something really pricey or whatever - but instead they just said i was brushing my teeth too hard. So right off the bat, i felt at ease with them b/c i knew they weren't trying to screw anyone. Ever since, they have been extremely helpful and friendly. Their offices are little bit dated in decor (the "retro" themed stuff has probably been up since it was actually hip in its original form!) but other than that, i have no complaints at all. They are very professional, competent, modern equipment, etc. Big thumbs up!

Dr. Honda is a wonderful man and a great dentist. I've been going to him for nearly a decade now, and his warm, personal touch and thorough explanations for everything -- he returns calls immediately, wherever in the world you may be -- make me very comfortable with him.

I have been going to Dr. Honda since he took over the practice from Dr. Tom, I believe, 10 years ago. My experience with him and his staff has been excellent and I highly recommend them. He makes sure you understand the procedures, keeps you informed on what is happening with your teeth, convinces you to floss, and will take time to ask about you. He and his staff are very professional and I am satified with their work on my teeth.
