I am very disappointed with my treatment at Dr. Honda's.
I've been to Dr. Honda three times. Though my first two visits were fine, this morning as I got in my car for my 7:30 cleaning, I received a phone call from the dental hygienist. She demanded to speak to me and very angrily informed me "you need to be here RIGHT NOW."
"I'm in my car, on the way." I explained. "And I have 10 minutes. The appointment is at 7:30."
Perhaps I WAS mistaken and it was in fact at 7:15. It is quite possible I wrote down the wrong time. But who needs to be yelled at at 7:20 in the morning?!
When I got to the office, she proceeded to lecture me in an angry voice until I finally said that I wasn't comfortable with someone so angry at me scraping at my teeth. Though she apologized, it was the worst cleaning I've ever had.
I am never going back there again.
