What can I say about this great place!! I have been a patient for about 20 years, and always look forward to a visit. Everyone there teams up and are very professional. When I started, my teeth were a train wreck, but Doc Koppel and the crew have rebuilt my mouth! Cosmetic dentistry has been helpful to my self esteem and he always makes sure you are numbed up enough to be comfortable. In my book, they are all celebrities there, and he even changes the posters on the ceiling from time to time! They are all real, down to earth people there. They take care of you like family. If you are afraid of the dentist, go see Doc Koppel and the gang!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Koppel for 13 years and the reason I stumbled across this website is that I'm thinking of finding another dentist....the reasons for that are several: 1. his prices are significantly above the median area rates reimbursed by my dental plan and he doesn't cap his rates at the reimbursed amount (also, I heard other patients complain that he doesn't take into account whatsoever a long-time patients financial condition and ability to pay - not that he must - but as a professional myself, it's something that I do frequently), 2. there was some turnover at his office a few years back and his current dental hygienst and technican don't seem to be as capable, confidence-inspiring or as personable as their predecessors. and 3. his offices (last redecorated circa-1970) are rather depressing and the smell in the building a bit off-putting. So, nothing horrible, but I think I can find better.
His office manager - Wendy - is the best. Very responsive to appoinments -special requests - even on short notice.

Dr. Koppel and his office staff lead by Wendy are very professional and experienced and this dental office is the best I have ever gone to. Starting with Wendy's efficient management, the hygienists thorough cleanings and Dr. Koppels super care, I can't say enough about them. He never performed unnecessary work and I never felt any pain (well I never had a cavity or root canal done-that may say a lot about the cleanings!). I recommend Dr. Koppel very highly. I was a patient for almost 20 years and the only reason I left was I moved to Germany.
