Dr. Parsi is highly rated top endodontists in town. I was introduced to him by my general dentist. His treatment was absolutely pain free and I have had no issues at all. I would highly recommend him to all my friends & family.

I had a root canal begun on Jan.26. It was not completed due to the Dr's concern that there might be further root channels and he decided to wait and see if his intervention solved my pain. The next evening I began to experience pain and it became agonizing by Saturday night. I called the emergency number I had been given. It rolled over to his regular office line which provided a message saying to call the emergency number. This went on all day Sunday. At 9:20 a. m. Mon. Jan. 30, I called his office and was told they got the messages and I should leave a pharmacy number so a prescription for pain medication could be called in. No attempt was made to explain why the emergency number didn't work, ask what the pain was like or give me an appointment. I finally was told the emergency line didn't work, it wasn't their fault and I could come to the office at 11 a.m. This is completely unacceptable.

I recently had the easiest, most pain free root canal one could imagine. Dr. Parsi explains everything, makes sure you are comfortable, AND his office calls you next day to check on your well being. I am so glad my dentist referred me to him.

I recently needed a root canal on a tooth that was prepared for a crown, and I knew exactly who I wanted to do it- Dr Alex Parsi. Ive been a Registered Dental Assistant for over 20 years and have seen a lot of Root canals in Xrays both good & bad. Being in the field for as long as I have, I know which doctors to see for different Specialties, and I also know what to look for in equipment (he has all the latest equipment) & sterilization techniques and I was very impressed. I have had 2 previous Root Canals done by other Endodonists- one of which had to be retreated. Dr Parsi worked in the Palm Springs area for a few years, so I had a chance to meet him and see the high quality of his work. Even though he now has his practice in Los Angeles, I was willing to make the long drive to see him because I wanted it done right the first time! Upon arrival at his office you can see that it is beautifully decorated to put you at ease. Dr Parsi has a warm, friendly personality, and he put me right at ease-he even asked what kind of music I liked so they could play it on the sound system. I had no discomfort during the procedure. After he completed my root canal he showed me the digital xrays that were taken, & explained what he had done. I would highly recommend Dr Parsi to friends, and anyone that needs an Endodontist.

I had a root canal performed and it was done in the most professional manner. Dr. Parsi did a thorough job and I highly recommend him.
However, make sure you know what your insurance covers because his assistant assumed what my coverage was until I asked her if she called Delta Dental. Then she came back with the accurate information. That I didn't appreciate.

I had 2 root canal procedures done by Dr Parsi and highly recommend him!
I am not an easy patient to deal with by any means - I get very nervious and absolutely dread going to the dentists, yet alone have a root canal procedure done. But Dr Parsi's calm, confident, yet caring demeanor put me at ease immediately. He explains what he's doing step by step and does an amazing job at minimizing any pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. Dr Parsi's work is exceptional - very detailed, precise and immaculate. He did a phenomenal job on both of my teeth and I will be going back to him for dental implant.
His staff is outstanding as well, who did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The insurance coordinator - Lily, is highly professional and a very delightful person. She had all the paperwork ready upon my arrival, went through the details of the procedure, my insurance, the breakdown of the cost, and so on.
One more thing - few hours after both of my root canal procedures the doctor called to check on me, and to make sure I am ok. That made me feel like he truly cares about his patients and their well being.

I have had a retreatment and root canal completed and although there was very minor pain, it caused the procedures to be a success. His staff was very polite and Dr Parsi was very kind and informative.
The cost was expensive but his office was able to offer me a discount as my insurance was maxed. If my insurance wasn't maxed I'm sure cost would be in the normal range. The secretary and dental assistant were very helpful with offering credit options for me to pay for my services.
Any pain associated with the root canal I received seems normal.
I would highly recommend Dr Parsi. He utilizes state of the art equipment and appears dedicated to providing the best service possible while also making me aware of my options and answering all of my questions as well.
I for one am not a fan of the dentist so the fact that I have gone back to him on a number of occasions should speak volumes. I have one more tooth that needs work and plan on going to see Dr. Parsi

Dr. Parsi is not like any other professional. He is actually human and doesn't act or talk like a robot. He is confident at his work.
I can't really say anything about the cost because insurance pays for it and i don't know. The office has a great view of parts of downtown L.A. I didn't really have any pain whatsoever at the whole process. Honestly I think I could have fallen asleep. The people were nice. If you need a root canal or any endo job. Go to him.

He was truly the best dental experience I have ever had. I had been to another endodontist and it was bluntly.....painful. Dr. Parsi had the most gentle touch and impecable chairside manner. He made me feel so comfortable and welcome. He has the midas touch. And his downtown LA practice is so beautiful and easy to get to. I took the subway.
