It was an emergency and I needed a molar pulled along with a bone graph. My dentist called Dr. Thompson at 11:30 and he fit me in at 2:00, that same day! His staff were extremely nice and comforting (even the country music playing in the background helped!) I felt no pain during the procedure. I'd recommend Dr. Thompson whole-heartedly.

My 16 year-old daughter needed to have four wisdom teeth extracted and I am glad we were referred to Dr. Thompson. The very first thing we noticed during the initial consultation visit was Dr. Thompson's excellent way of communicating with patients. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the required procedure and answer all questions. When it came time to have my daughter's wisdom teeth removed, the procedure went very smoothly and Dr. Thompson telephoned us later that evening to make sure there were no complications. My daughter had two more follow up appointments (at no additional charge) to make sure the jawbone where the wisdom teeth were removed was healing properly. Overall, I would say that patients get a lot of extra care and attention with Dr. Thompson than elsewhere (at least that is my impression). Basically, Dr. Thompson did everything he promised and more and his staff is very efficient and helpful.

I needed a tooth extracted and didn't know who to go to. I did a search and was impressed with the comments from previous patients. I'd never had oral surgery before and didn't know what to expect.
The timeliness in getting an appointment was great! His staff was very professional and Dr. Thompson himself was the best!
He personally phoned me after the procedure to see how I was managing. Couldn't give him and his staff higher marks. Highly recommend him.

I had four wisdom teeth (two were embedded) pulled out by Dr. Thompson. He makes the whole procedure seem so easy and painless. And he is right. I only used pain killer the day of surgery. Gum healed quickly. Front desk is friendly. They handled billing insurance. Everything went smoothly. Although I have not been to other oral surgeon and cannot compare, I still highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

Kind, knowledgeable, works with my regular dentist closely, very kind to my children when they needed oral surgery. Good sense of humor.
