I am definitley a dental coward in every aspect; Dr. Lo was gentle, caring and very effective - I have two extractions performed, no post op bleeding, very little pain after the surgery although I did start to get pain 5 days after and they increased my antibiotics and that helped a great deal. Definitely a very gentle caring doctor - need extractions and implants (that's next) go to him... cost could be better and scheduling is restrictive.

I had a botched root canal from another DDS and Dr Lo had to extract my tooth. I told him how nervous I was and he was very understanding and patient. He did a great job, put me under and gave me detailed instructions on after care. I would go back to him if I needed to.

A great surgeon but when it comes to efficiency and respecting people's time he is severly lacking. I had a 2:00 appointment, at 2:55 I was still sitting in the waiting room to be seen. I finally just had to leave and nobody in the office apologized for the inconvience. For the prices Dr. Lo charges for his services, you think he would be a little better at customer service and valuing his customer's time. Do not go to Dr. Lo if you're on a schedule, and be sure to bring a book because you'll be waiting a while.
