Really disappointment in how the visit went. I showed up 15 minutes prior to the my appointment, waited over an hour before someone took me in for X rays. The waiting around was not really an issue until they gave priority to another customer who showed up 40 minutes after me. The staff didn't even take the time to provide an explanation.

Very bad experience. Waited in office for hours past my appointment time and never saw him. Later arriving patients sent in front of me. Sent him a bill for my wasted time and expense. He didn't have the respect to reply.

The only reason the customer service is rated a 2 is due to his office staff - they are wonderful!! To bad Dr. Stoddard no longer seems to care about his patients stress, anxiety and pain. I have severe dental phobias due to poor and very painful care when I was a child. I had 2 previous extractions done here that went OK. Then this last visit was a living nightmare, I pay extra to be asleep during extractions and I woke hallfway through the procedure. I was beside myself, crying , this was my worst nightmare coming to life - to wake in the middle of this kind of procedure which I didn't expect. The girls were wonderful, trying to sooth me and calm me down. Dr. Stoddard was just down right rude. Could not spare a minute to let me calm down and told the girls to "stop coddling her, if she's going to behave like this, just let her be". I always knew his bedside manner wasn't the best, but felt that he got the job done. This time was awful and then he basically blamed it all on me. Next time you talk down about a patient Dr. Stoddard, you might want to make sure she is still out and won't remember it. I would no longer recommend Dr. Stoddard, I think he is ready to retire.

On holiday from England I needed emergency removal of a molar and draining of an abscess. Dr Stoddard fitted me in within hours and the procedure was carried out superbly well while I was sedated. I am a very anxious patient and was treated in a caring and professional manner throughout. His assessment that if I agreed to the procedure I would be able to travel onto Yosemite the next day and enjoy the rest of my holiday was correct. There have been no problems and recovery has been rapid. Many thanks to Dr Stoddard and his team for amazing service.

Hands down the best Oral surgeon and staff anywhere! The highest of recommendations for this kind, caring and talented dentist/surgeon.
