I am a 20 year veteran of the dental industry and I can honestly tell you STAY AWAY from Rhett Quist and his entire practice. His practice standards are the worst I've ever encountered in my 20 years as a dental tech. I went in for an implant on tooth #12 and during the brutal extraction he shattered my veneer on the adjacent tooth #11.He informed me to have my general dentist cover it with composite and denies any wrong doing. Rhett Quist had no idea what my profession is or just how stupid his unethical advice was. He not only has poor and unhealthy practice standards, he has NO moral values. I hope by sharing my experience it will save others from this guys unethical and unhealthy dental practices.

About Front Desk: His front desk staff is the absolute worst in the dental industry. Nasty, rude and horribly unprofessional.

the receptionists are extremely unsympathetic and very disorganized and rude. I went in after making an appointment a month before only to be told 3 minutes before my appointment that day forgot to submit my information to my insurance. This has caused a huge problem. Considering I had taken my daughter out of school early my husband had also taking the day off of work and I had rescheduled another appointment and had a babysitter for the next day this is totally unacceptable and they were completely unsympathetic I will never ever go back and recommend this place.

About Front Desk: you can read my comments above the staff is absolutely horrible they totally ruined this entire experience in cost me well over $100 just to find a sitter and not to mention the hundreds of dollars of taking off work for 2 days and pulling my daughter out of school all because they forgot to resubmit my insurance information not to mention I made the appointment well over a month before I came in

Great, I can't believe that it was so quick. I appreciate the care that my daughter received. Very professional office!

pretty personable, kind of abrasive but friendly, if you have medicaid you are treated as such. He removed several teeth from me and left a few root tips in , I had one surgery that was so botched I needed an additional surgery from a different surgeon because he left pieces of tooth in my gum line.

About Front Desk: the front desk staff has the personality of a cockroach, they are uppity and rude . Curt on the phone and have no people skills. Theyve made mistakes in my scheduling and then after the final error, told me because I missed three appointments am now ineligible to see him. I had a confirmed appointment at 430 , showed up and the office was closed..... called to reschedule and the recepitonist told me there was NO wy they could have made a mistake. With the pain I am in there is no WAY I would miss the appointment, they erred in scheduling and now I am stucktrying to find a real dentist to fix what he has destroyed.

had a terrible tooth ached. The front desk was very professional and scheduled me right away. Dr Quist explained the procedure and got me taken care of. Best visit I have ever had at any dental office

The Dr may be a good guy but he has poor judgement on office staff.

About Front Desk: Avoid this practice! The office Manger Raquel is RUDE, Arrogant, and treats new patients with contempt. They quoted me a price with Insurance of $1-107 for my extraction. When I got in the Chair they gave me a $444 bill saying this is what you need to pay. Raquel stated that they would not work with me and that they do not need to double check the rate. I was then told that I owed them $105 for the Xray since I was not completing the treatment. Bait and Switch practices and extremely rude to new patients.

Considering what I had done, the appointment went great! Very professional group of people!
