About Front Desk: the front desk staff has the personality of a cockroach, they are uppity and rude . Curt on the phone and have no people skills. Theyve made mistakes in my scheduling and then after the final error, told me because I missed three appointments am now ineligible to see him. I had a confirmed appointment at 430 , showed up and the office was closed..... called to reschedule and the recepitonist told me there was NO wy they could have made a mistake. With the pain I am in there is no WAY I would miss the appointment, they erred in scheduling and now I am stucktrying to find a real dentist to fix what he has destroyed.
