Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 20 years and I have been generally happy with her even though she is more expensive than others. However, recently I needed help straightening a front tooth as my teeth started shifting. She recommended a retainer so I thought I would try it. Firstly I am blind so getting to her office is difficult for me. This retainer required monthly visits but she believed it would not take too long to fix. The retainer was $650 dollars out-of-pocket. I live on a very fixed income. I paid for the retainer anyways believing it would help me. Long story short, every time I went in there was something wrong and it didn't fit properly, it spent more time at the lab then in my mouth. I have since moved out of state and asked her to refund the money I spent on the appliance that was obviously not a good recommendation for me, or to just send it to me so I could see if a dentist here who might be able to work with it. Bottom line, several months later I have no refund or retainer. As I was a loyal customer for so many years I did not expect this kind of treatment. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend her any longer.

I went to Nancy Lee for seven years, EVERY six months religiously. For me great dental hygiene is paramount. However Dr. Lee is not even competent as a dentist. I had to have a root canal a few months ago, Dr. Lee wasn't able to perform it and told me I needed a filling... Yes, above I just told you I saw her EVERY six months for the last seven years. So how did I have decay in one of my teeth and end up needing a root canal???? Not a filling, not a onlay, not a cap, a full root canal. An emergency root canal two weeks after a cleaning and less than 24hrs after Dr. Lee told me the pain I was having was because I needed a cavity filled. Long story short the woman does not need to be practicing dentistry.
Nancy Lee has no clue what she is doing. Lastly, over the seven years I had referred over 10 colleagues from the Studio to Nancy and had to go back to each and recall my referral. I hope no one has to ever go through what I went through. Nancy Lee should not be in business much less holding herself out as a dentist.
About Hygienist: OK the hygienist there are fine, those two ladies are good.

Procedures from Dr. Lee: Tooth extraction; tooth replacment; crowns; fillings; ... I was in terrible preridontal health! Was always scared of dentist ... who knew that they can do this sfuff with so litlle pain! ... Stephany and Vihanna (sp?) are great with insurance and billing matters!!! Based on my experience Dr. Lee and her entire staff are the cure for those of us who fear "the drill".

I highly recommend Dr. Nancy Lee for her dentistry, professionalism, and friendliness. She is knowledgeable and her staff is helpful and enjoys teaching my kids and I about our dental health. The hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk are professional, nice, and informative.

Dr. Lee is charming and very talented. She is very protective over her patients care. She now has a second dentist in her office by the name of Dr. Noor who is also very kind and compassionate. Very relaxing atmosphere. TVs in every room if you need to distract your brain!
About Hygienist: Betty does my cleaning 3-4 times per year. Very gentle yet extremely thorough. She's the best!

The facilities at Dr. Lee's office are great. Everything is very clean, and feel like a upscale place. However, I do not like the expenses. The fact is that I haven't got a chance to shop around and compare with other dentists seriously, but I feel the expenses are way too high.

I STOPED GOING TO A DENTIST AT AGE 11 AND AT AGE 27 I HADE TO SEE A DENTIST SO I CALLED DR.LEE"S OFFICE AND MADE AN OPPOINTMENT TO SEE HER AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS DOCTOR IS THE BEST OF THE BEST SHE IS A KIND AND LOVEING PERSON AND SHE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'R AT HOME.SO IF YOU NEED A DENTIST THERE IS ONLY ONE YOU NEED AND THAT IS DR. NANCY LEE IN BURBANK....I'M ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
