Went to the office over a year for the same simple issue of my tooth but he managed to make multiple mistakes and gave me numerous excuses. Stay away if you don't want to have painful experience like me.

I had gone to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted and felt no pain. i expected the procedure to be very painful. Dr. Arakawa and his staff made me feel comfortable and assisted me after the procedure was over. A few hours after i got home, i got a call from Dr. Arakawa himself to see if i was okay.
Because of my experience at his office, my wife also went to him for the extractions of 6 of her teeth for braces last year and will be visiting him next week to get 2 more teeth taken out.
Dr. Arakawa is a VERY GOOD oral surgeon. I recommend him to all of my friends when they tell me that they need to find an oral surgeon in the area.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted. He is very professional and caring. He is also very gentle. He makes sure your okay with everything. He also personally calls you a few days later to check on your condition. Highly Recommended.

he was pretty good. took time to explain everything to me. billing was fair and front desk reception was very nice.

The staff is great and the office is clean and looks new. I had 4 surgeries done at two different appointments to remove my wisdom teeth. Very gentle and calming and is always making sure I'm in no pain before he proceeded/continued with the extraction. Very minimal swelling, and hardly ANY pain afterwards (I was on some medication), but Dr. Arakawa was surprised as usually people on the medication would still feel pain. I recommend him to anyone who needs to have their wisdom teeth pulled! You won't be disappointed. :)

Dr. Arakawa perfomed surgery on my 12 year old daughter where 3 teeth were to be extracted. He explained the procedure to me and was very accomodating to any questions I had. His assistant was very nice and put my nervous daugter at ease. The procedure was done well as she had no postop complications. I was also impressed when the office called later that evening to check on my daughter. Great surgeon and excellent assistant! No complaints.
