I normally only write reviews with compliments to offer, that being said... I was referred here by a receptionist from my daughter's dentist. 1st visit resulted in the need for 1 & possibly 2 root canals. I explained w/past complications, I'd been advised to only to have Root Canals done by an Endodontic. He replied there's be no reason for him not to do all the work himself and a waste of money (he charged me more than the DDS). After problems getting me numb, he felt it important to take time to express this was in no way his fault, (no one said it was) needing to further clarify this was MY fault caused by my choosing only take Valium early in the morning & 1 hour prior & not the night before as well, after the pharmacist assured me the extra dose 15 hours earlier could help w/relaxation/ not Novocain efficiency) Then, their attempt to "HELP" me use the years benefits b4 a loss, I became worried when charged a gr8 deal more than normal, & assured I was pre-paid for the next several treatments. Uncomfortable but stuck after pre-paying $1700 on top of good insurance for treatments I never got, he said he owed me nothing. Had to pay 2nd dentist to verify work billed was NEVER done. Insurance needs me to file complain to get my $$
About Front Desk: They were nice, and only following what I heard him tell them to bill, and learned similar issues were blamed on them and they were let go. As if double billing clients would put money in their own pocket?? Sadly, he won't take any responsibility, and it will be "Someone else's fault". If blamed on me, i'll happily post pictures of 2nd opinion dentists findings, as well as what Heaver charged me for...

After seeing another local dentist in the area who recommended extensive treatment costing thousands of dollars, I switched to Dr. Hever. After taking x-rays and reviewing my case, Dr. Hever told me that the proceedures recommended by the other dentist were unnecessary and he was able to fix my mouth for a fraction of the cost. Now, for the first time in years, I am totally pain free and not afraid of the dentist anymore. I totally trust Dr. Hever to make treatment plans best for the patient rather than what is best for his pockets. I am glad my family found him!!! His staff is all very nice too!!!

Great dental experience! Because of all the horror stories I had heard, I was nervous and stressed out about getting a root canal. Dr. Hever and his team were extremely compassionate and understanding. They explained all of the options to me and made me as comfortable as possible. The actual procedure was unbelievably painless. The office is nice and comfortable and they offer all the best cutting edge diagnostic and treatment options. I would recommend Dr. Hever to everyone. I traveled all the way from Marina del Rey because his office accepted my insurance. I would continue to go because of the experience.

As a patient of Dr. Hever's, I feel completely confindent and comfortable in every aspect of his practice. Since going to Dr. Hever I have reffered my entire family, along with my closest friends, whom all have the same wonderful things to say. Dr. Hever is an extemely considerate person, taking in each patients needs and concerns, and applying it to his work. Dr. Hever and his staff are dedicated to each of their patients, and are happy to assist all in a proffesional and compassionate manner.

Truly good person and exercised good judgement planning my implants. I searched around for a few different dentists until I found the right one, and this office is it! Dr. Hever works closely with some amazing specialists and together we planned out my implants and I have been very pleased. There were no complications with my implant placement and I was followed up thoroughly by the doctors to see that I was doing fine. I have temporaries during my healing phase and they look great! I am excited to finally have a tooth where it has been missing for 8 years!

I went to this office for a second opinion because i didnt feel like being "sold" from the previous office i went to. I was so impressed with Dr. Hever's work, he truly is an artist and uses the highest quality labs, i am so haooy with my front teeth he eliminated my gaps and whitened my smile! I was able to see my smile before he placed the veneers, and it looked like a million dollar smile.
