My husband took my daughter for a Consult and literally saw Dr for a whole minute. May have spoken 5 words to them. Walked right out. The nurses were great. Went for Surgery, thought that I could go in the back until surgery, NOPE got shut down. Daughter saw Dr for a minute till knocked out. Never saw him again. He never even came to speak to me. Nurse gave instructions, sent us on our way. Thought he would call us that night. NOPE. Got a call the next day from a nurse. She went for follow up today, nurse checked her. NEVER saw Dr. This is INSANE!!! I am NOT happy! I have never experienced something like this.

The Houma location is beautiful and very clean. Dr. Jeff knows what he is doing. The procedure was really quick. I would highly recommend.
About Front Desk: Sue at the Houma location is wonderful! She is very friendly and she's got it together. She even followed up a few days after surgery which most offices won't do!

I had my wisdom teeth removed. Very great experience. The staff was wonderful with providing me with all the information I needed for my procedure and post surgery. They even called to check on me after and it really made me feel great about my choice of surgeon.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is wonderful. They completed all the insurance claims and I didn't have to worry about anything. Very great staff.

My son had his Wisdom teeth removed in August 2013. Dr Dongieux and his office staff were great. I'm still trying to settle payment with my secondary insurance but the staff is helping me with this. I would highly recommend him for your child

I had an appt. with this Dentist yesterday. The building is in poor condition...the public restroom is shared with the staff, which also doubles as their dish drain at the sink. NOT clean at all. The Dnt. was in my room for a consult for a matter of 15 seconds...and this is not an exaggeration. I wasted money on an xray, I will never use. But not complaining, because there's no way he would open my mouth up for sx in that place. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have never written a review before on anyone. But this is my first and I hope I am doing a public service.

Dr. Dongieux performed the removal of my wisdom teeth. I must say that he did an excellent job. I had all four teeth removed on the same day. I expected to be down and out for at least a few days but after the first day I was able to move about. He was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.
