My husband took my daughter for a Consult and literally saw Dr for a whole minute. May have spoken 5 words to them. Walked right out. The nurses were great. Went for Surgery, thought that I could go in the back until surgery, NOPE got shut down. Daughter saw Dr for a minute till knocked out. Never saw him again. He never even came to speak to me. Nurse gave instructions, sent us on our way. Thought he would call us that night. NOPE. Got a call the next day from a nurse. She went for follow up today, nurse checked her. NEVER saw Dr. This is INSANE!!! I am NOT happy! I have never experienced something like this.
