A nice man, but INCREDIBLY slow (each visit was anywhere from 4-7.5 hours!) and I seriously question his capabilities given the way he left my mouth. As another person posted, his wife is just horrible and incompetent. They charged me an absolute fortune for 3 incomplete root canals (completely eviscerated my teeth) and a few fillings (one of which should have been a root canal). I was also billed twice for the same tooth. His wife kept commenting on how well I was doing - paying cash for my treatment. I think that it is part of the reason they bilked me out of so much for such little work. He then gave me an estimate for the remainder of the work - OUTLANDISH! Has been harassing me for the last week because I can not make it in to his office to complete work - I apparently already paid for - because I am suffering from a debilitating illness. Since I couldn't adhere to HIS timeframe, he stopped communicating with me - acting like a petulant child. Not very understanding and lacks compassion when dealing with individuals who are disabled and can not jump when he says jump. I am now trying to get a "reasonable" refund from him..it's like pulling teeth! My advice, avoid this dentist and his insane office like the plague!

Great dentist, very pleasant. Beware!! Will do work not needed or will charge more than quoted after the fact. Any mistakes will be attributed to you. His wife,Linda Kono also a dentist is very rude and will demand charges for work not performed. Charges are very outlandish for work done.
Overall would consider any work done, to be put in writing. Or avoid this dentist.

Dr. Klein is the best dentist I have ever had. I am a 49 y/o woman with a history of years of bad denistry. Admittedly I have poor enamel on my teeth and have some hereditary issues with missing teeth that have added to the complexity of my treatment plan. From the beginning he and his staff have been very upfront and honest about what I need and what can wait. I have never felt he was over recommending treatment at my expense. He is honest and genuinely cares about my dental health. His staff is also very friendly and I love his wife too. He takes his time to make sure I am completely numb and comfortable before he starts working on me and he always calls my home after a difficult appointment. His referrals to other specialists have proven to be excellent and they all provide the same level of care as Dr. Klein and his staff. Absolutely the best in dental care at this office. I would recommend Dr. Klein to anyone interested their own oral health.
About Hygienist: completely professional and thorough. she is not rough at all and is so friendly. also made some very good recommendations about different approaches to oral hygiene at home.

The doctor is a nice man, and gentle with his work. However, he and his wife (also a dentist) occasionally recommend expensive, unnecessary surgery -- as in the previous dentist knew of the same condition but thought it didn't require surgery since it wasn't hurting anything. Also, of the 5 or so dental techs I've had there now, only one was gentle. One of them (a temp, I was later told) was downright damaging with the floss -- and then, once I was bleeding profusely and flinching a lot, told me I wasn't taking good enough care of my teeth!
