Read Reviews for Dr. Anthony Kramer
I seen Anthony Kramer on a referral basis from my dentist. I had questions post-op but due to pain and not being able to comfortably speak I appointed someone to call and ask the questions for me. Once the office was called it was requested to speak with Dr Kramer. Stephanie stated he was in surgery. It was asked to speak to the assistant whom was present during my procedure. Stephanie stated the assistant Diane was not in the office. The purpose was to speak to someone who was physically present in the room during my procedure so we wouldn't have to pass the word around from one person to the next to get answers to my questions. Sandy was then placed on the phone to assist us. After Sandy stated she retrieved my file and a brief conversation she offered that I return to have Dr Kramer look at my mouth and further answer my questions. HERE'S WHERE THE SCRIPT FLIPPED: Once I returned to the office the day following the phone conversation I began to share my questions to Dr Kramer. Also stating I wanted him to look in my mouth and eunsure the healing was progressing vs regressing. And to point out a specific area of my gum to me with a mirror. Then instantly in a defensive manner he stated he'd look. He then began to accuse myself and my mother that on the previous day one of us was rude, mad, and upset, and kept calling his office complaining to his staff. Very surprised at Dr Kramer's accusations my mother and I defended ourselves that the only reason for the phone call the day before was because I'd had question, not that either of us felt any negative way. Dr Kramer was very aggressive in continuing to accuse us defending himself as a great doctor and what "his staff" said about us calling. The fact of the matter is I was there because I had questions about my extraction area and the healing. Dr Kramer was so adamant that "his staff" was offended by the initial phone call. In no way was his behavior, persistance in accusation, or treatment toward my questions about my mouth, and response to my mother and I respectful or professional. I am still in shock how this doctor behaved. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. His behavor needs to be reprimanded. I entrusted my procedure in his hands and paid for my service before it was administered. And to be treated and talked to the way he verbally attacked my mother and I is absolutely abominable.
About Front Desk: Diane was nice but the others were not friendly nor welcoming.

I would like to differentiate my review of Dr Kramer and my review of Dr Kramer's staff. On my first visit, I walked to the window, a lady opened it, grabbed the sign in sheet, completely ignored me, then closed the window while i was still standing there! Then i rang the bell, she says, "u need something?". They haven't passed along messages that I had called, a few are downright rude.
BUT-Dr Kramer is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life. My consultation lasted almost 2 hours and he sat down and waited just talking with me about implants, answering all kinds of questions. He gave me a number to contact him at any time after the process. I had 7 implants put in at one time and would need constant denture adjustments, and he told me I was more than welcome to come in every day if need be, at no extra cost of course. Any time i did call, i could get him on the phone every time and if I did show up for an adjustment, he is there for as long as I need him. I never feel rushed, I never feel like I'm just one of 50 people he sees in a day. He makes me feel like he really cares about my situation. Of course, I am also paying $25,000 for my complete plan, but he is well worth the money. I recommend him to everyone.

I went in to get my lower wisdom teeth extracted last saturday. I have had teeth pulled before but they were baby teeth about 10 years ago (not by him). I was extremely nervous but knew I was getting knocked out. I was aprehensive about the IV as well since I had never had one before so I was calmed with laughing gas and was out shortly after. Woke up later and the procedure was done. Very nice man!
