About Front Desk: The gatekeeper, Bess Safran, is the most callous, unhelpful, and arrogant individual I have ever encountered in a medical office.

I paid EVERY bill I received (in excess of $1000 including insurance payments). FIVE YEARS LATER, they turn me over to a collection agency who makes no valid attempt to contact me (how hard could I be to locate since Dr. Naomi supplied my social security number?) but reports me as deadbeat to all credit reporting agencies over $50 for which I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL!

An instrument slipped in his hands during my procedure, slicing the bottom of my tongue and requiring stitches. It wasn't even near the treatment area! There was a lot of blood. Even though the assistant blurted out, "Again!" (leading me to believe mine is not an isolated incident) he acted as if nothing had happened. Since I had been given novacaine, I couldn't be sure what HAD happened. It was only after I had inspected my mouth and questioned him that he told me about the stitches but he never apologized. Of course when the feeling returned it hurt!

Dr. Naomi has been our family Dentist for 10+ years and we have been happy with him and his staff. He is very booked up and appointments are not easy to get. He is great with my special needs son and very thorough and quiet. I would recommend him, but he is very busy.

Dr. Naomi is a very caring dentist. He explains and takes time with his patients so they totally understand what is happening with your dental status. I have not had that much work done over the past five years but of what I have had done was always excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Naomi.
