In all honesty I have never been treated so poorly by a dental office. I was "dismissed" from their office 2 years ago after receiving crowns and other dental services for questioning their treatment plan. Less than two years later when one of their crowns broke I went back to have it replaced and they refused to replace unless I paid nearly what I paid less than 2 years ago. They refused to let me speak directly with Dr. Davies (after saying they would) and when I called to follow up, they hung up on and me and then threatened to call the police if I called them again! I have never in my life been treated like this. To find out Dr. Davies has been sued at least twice in court, there have been 9 complaints made with the BBB and their office has never responded to any of those complaints. You can make your own decision. On the outside they look like a nice office but on the inside it is a completely and sadly a different story.

I am sooooo bummed!
Dr. Brown (in Dr. Davies office) treated 2 of my crowns 2 years ago. I just had to go back and get root canals on both teeth. Why didn't he give me the root canals back then since he said: "Wow, barely saved these teeth". Are you kidding!?? You could have saved me $1,500. Now, I just spent $3,000 on 2 root canals, which one still hurts. I experienced very, very poor customer service as well. I am a very healthy and educated 33 yr. old woman and did not plan giving you my life savings.
I'd work on taking less patients and try to smile once-in-a while people!
Thanks for nothing!!!!

Dr. Davies was really patient with me and didnt just go over my pain area, but went over EVERYTHING! I dont think he missed a spot in my mouth. He made me feel very comfortable and let me know how to get my mouth in optimal health. I would rec him to everyone.
About Hygienist: Both are awesome. They are very gently and i leave feeling very clean.

A few years ago, my husband and I were regular patients of Dr. Davies' office. We encountered high pressure sales pitches for extensive and unnecessary work. It would seem that the dentists work on commission. I ultimately went through with some of the treatment recommended, specifically, a crown placed on a molar. I have experienced problems with this crown from the start which the dentist has blamed on adjacent teeth, however, I didn't have the problem before the crown was put in. Worst, however, was when my husband accidentally scheduled a routine checkup on a Saturday which conflicted with our son's swim lesson. We called ahead and asked if our daughter could go with dad to his appointment. Apparently, they changed their minds and i was called out of my son's parent-tot swim lesson to come get my daughter. Although she was not causing any trouble, they didn't want her back with dad or in the waiting room by herself. When i arrived, the office manager made a huge scene in front of many people, screaming at me to ask whether i thought the office was a daycare. She even went so far to march to the front door and pointed, yelling, asking if i thought the door read daycare. Astonished by this behavior, we all left.

The staff tends to forget that this is a business based upon customer service and has a tendency to forget that you are the reason that they have jobs there. I would never recommend that people go there unless they need help on the weekend. But even then the service is limited to what they provide.

Dr. Davies practice has certainly grown, at the price, I think, of quality. Overbooked appointments and robotic staff make this office seem more like drive-thru fast food than dentistry.

Dr. Davies office is very nice. However, he is booked by too many patients and as a result, does not spend enough time (imho) with his patients to make sure things are going the right way. And everything seemed to be 20% more than what you would pay at other offices. I guess he is charging for the nice decorations and equipment in his office.

I used their sedation dentistry option: Halcion pill plus Nitrous Oxide. It did not work on me. I was fully awake and anxious and called off my tooth extraction procedure.
