About Front Desk: the receptionist was so rude, on the phone and in person. even when I was sitting there in tears from the pain. I kept asking her how long it would take because I was in so much pain, and every time she answered me her attitude got bigger as if I was some sort of burden. even when I asked her for an ice pack she made a fuss about it. she didnt even offer to have me lay down in one of the recovery rooms, I was laying down across the uncomfortable wooden chairs instead. it surprises me that such a nice and professional oral surgeon would have such disrespectful people represent his practice. it is a huge turn off. I've had reception jobs before and yes they can be stressful, but I would never take it out on a customer or client. it's common sense. all as a matter of fact, I think the receptionist and the dental assistant who was also rude to me may have been related, based on the way they were interacting when I left that day and when I came back for a follow up. the apple doesn't fall far from the tree I suppose.
