Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. I've been trying to have my wisdom teeth out with them and they've cancelled my appts for ridiculous reasons multiple times, once even after I'd already left home to go there. I think the administrative worker handling my file must be going through something and it's heavily affecting his performance. I've missed several days of work from this.
He failed to tell me the xray machine was broken for my first appointment (an xray) but had me wait 45 minutes in the room anyways and said they could do the appointment anyways (no they couldn't)
Next he wrote on a business card when my next appt was and both the date and location was wrong. The doorman at the wrong location said I wasn't the only one. They were moving locations and never updated patients when the dates they moved changed.
This also happened another time but since I expected it, I called first.
The week of my surgery, he called and said there was a problem with my insurance. There wasn't and hadn't been for my xrays. They said their insurance person would call (she didn't, was on vacation,) and now I'm trying to get my xrays to change places which is also difficult apparently.
About Front Desk: They are the root of the problems I've had. Very bad organization. Can't schedule an appointment, can't transfer a phone call, send you xrays, problem solve etc. The one guy must be going through a hard time and is very distracted or something and it's greatly affected his work

Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The doctor was on time for the appointment and he has a great sense of humor which made it fun to have an implant! Well, almost fun.

Implant in process. So far excellent care. Final results won't be known for a year, but he was highly recommended by my family dentist, who I've known 25+years.

Love love love Dr. Valauri. Prompt, caring and effective. I have gone twice for extractions and a bone graft. Procedure as pain free as possible and more important he put me at ease by his professionalism and excellent chair side manner.
Absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking an oral surgeon.

I needed a tooth extracted that had been at the base of a crown. The tooth already had a root canal , but there was a large three prone root that needed to come out. Dr. Valauri spoke to me to ease my anxiety and extracted the tooth without much pain or stress. It was not an easy job as the tooth had a strong root but very little else.
The Office staff was couteous and gave me insurance help. He and his assitant gave me excellent instructions on what to expect in healing. I had my followup visit today and everything looks great.
I definitely would return to Dr. Valauri and would recommend him to my family and friends.

my 7 year old son needed a frenectomy. dr. david valauri and his staff were great. they were calm, reassuring and patient. the procedure was made as painless as possible for my son and left him with a positive experience of dental work.
i have seen his brother dr. bruce valauri for over 13 years for traditional dental care and have always had wonderful experiences with him. love this family of dentists.

Dr. Valauri did an extraction and a dental implant for me. He has a very nice bedside manner, is knowledgeable, sensitive and explains everything he does. His staff is friendly and competent. An excellent treatment experience. Highly recommended.

First met him for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The previous dentist had done such a terrible job with the impacted tooth on the other side, I was very apprehensive. Dr Valauri took the time to explain what was going to happen, offered either local or general (I opted for local and gas) and proceeded in a professional and expert manner. I saw him again for an extraction and bone graft, and he was very accommodating in the treatment options and again, operated in an expert, calming, and professional manner. He's easy to get along with, does what he says he's gonna do, and in general, can't recommend him highly enough.
