Staff is very young, abrasive and uneducated. The doctor appears knowledgeable but extraction was EXTREMELY fast...wonder now that if he had taken more time that there wouldnt have been permanent nerve damage. Cost was 30-40% over other oral surgeons, I was under the impression that my insurance would pay but was told the day of surgery that it wouldnt...had me jumping through hoops to get the money minutes before the surgery. Noone from the office bothered to call me afterwards to check on me. unlike every other doctors office that I have ever gone to.. all in all a negative experience.

although this is a nice facility and Dr. Pool is professional, the cost of treatment was 35% HIGHER than other places. I went to him because he was on the list of doctors that my health insurance accepted. Even with the insurance I ended up paying WAY more than if I didnt have insurance. The staff was poor. No mention that I would need a driver after surgery...I didnt know as I felt that with a local I would be able to drive afterwards. Didnt find out until the morning of surgery. NO mention of cost as i thought my insurance covered until I was there for surgery, and then they could not begin until my parents ID was faxed over...not sure why this wasnt all taken care of in advance not sprung upon me as I am waiting in the lobby for surgery or no mention of ID before they would accept the credit card.. Also, when I made the appointment NO mention that I could have the consult and surgery the same day...Veronica set up two separate appointments unnecessarily, knowing that I would only be available for a window period of a few days. Only with subsequent calls and a chance conversation with different staff
