My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. After her surgery, I was waiting with her across the hall. The doctor proceeded to see another patient. While I was waiting, I was watching the doctor with the other patient. I observed him contaminating one of his gloves while removing the other glove. He then proceeded to put the removed glove back on. He continued to work on the patient with the contaminated glove. The following week, he failed to see her for her follow up visit. She was seen by an assistant. We were told that if any stitches were still there, that they would be removed during this follow up visit. They were not. It took up to a couple of weeks more before all of the stitches were finally gone. My daughter had to pull them out herself, because they did not dissolve like they were supposed to and they were bothering her. She never felt like they healed the way they should have. I would not recommend this doctor.
About Front Desk: The staff was unpleasant and I later found out by researching on the internet (something that they had told me) that they lied to me.

Dr. Randolph performed my first wisdom tooth extraction almost 2 years ago. Last week he perform the extraction of my last 3 wisdom teeth. He and his staff are professional, polite, caring and just plain awesome! They truly care about me as a patient. Thank you for everything!

Whole staff was very professional. They pulled my sons wisdom teeth within two days after contacting them. Other places wanted us to wait a few weeks just to get a consult visit. Even got a call later in the evening checking to see how my son was doing. Start to finish everything ran extremely smooth. We will be back in a couple of years when the younger son needs his pulled out. I would highly recommend Dr. Randolph or Dr Jackson to anyone.

I had a broken tooth pulled, Dr. Randolph did not give any personal attention to me at all! He spent just enough time with me to pull the tooth shake my hand and leave. His staff, except his assistant, are rude and condescending. I returned 4 days after surgery with complaints of pain, the doctor was too busy to see me so the receptionist packed my tooth with a dry socket pack. The receptionist!!!! Dr. Randolph didn't even stick his head in, to be sure there was not a more serious problem. Pain was treatred like dry socket. I returned again (7 days after surgery) I was seen by the dental assistant, I had to request (demand) antibiotic. I was still having pain after a full 7 days, with no sign of relief for several more days. If you are looking for a cold, non personal, doctor this is your man. I will never go there again!

I broke a tooth and was referred to Dr. Randolph to have it removed, since it coudn't be saved. His receptionist and assistant were friendly and professional and Dr. Randolph numbed the area with virtually no pain, just a slight pinch. The whole procedure took less than 5 minutes and I didn't feel anything, just pressure. He didn't even need to put in a stitch to close my gum, just a sterile gause pad. The bleeding, which was minimal, oozed fa bit for a couple hours and then stopped. It was healed over in just four days. When the anasthetic wore off, I didn't feel any tingling sensation or droopy lip like I have with other dentists. He uses great painkillers! I didn't even need any aspirin when the anasthetic wore off. I was amazed. It was the easiest and best dental procedure I've had in my entire 56-year life! I highly recommend him! And his office dcecor fits Texas -- it's all western!
