My experience with Dr. Ryser's office has been very positive. I initially went in for a tooth extraction, and I was extremely anxious about having it done. Dr. Ryser and his team were very understanding and compassionate with me and made the experience a very positive one. Since then I have had an implant placed and go back often for follow-up care. I have come to know the staff well and they are great! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Ryser if you need any oral surgery. While his prices aren't the cheapest out there, they are very competitive with other oral surgeons I checked out in the area, and I believe his work is outstanding and worth the money. I have also taken my oldest two children in to have their wisdom teeth taken out and it was a positive experience for both of them (as positive as taking wisdom teeth out can be! lol).

I set the appointment for a consultation with the understanding that a consultation was free. I arrived at the office and waited for over 30minutes before I asked the receptionist what was going on. She had obviously forgotten about me. They gave me a 5 minute consult and I asked for pricing for the procedure needed. The receptionist gave me pricing, then said it was wrong, and gave me different pricing. I then asked for a copy. The copy said 'Out of network' (which they didn't tell me) and I pointed it out. They proceeded to cover up and say it wouldn't make a difference though we all know it does and I was very upset they didn't inform me of this. I left the office 98% sure I would never return and later that day received a call from them with pricing that was 3X higher (that's 3 times she messed up and had to correct it)I was now 100% sure I'd never return. Today I received a bill for my 5 minute consultation that took no supplies, no time, nothing but the air in his office. This is a very unprofessional environment with a very money driven staff and very inaccurate quotes. I wouldn't trust a place like this because I know they'd send me a bill for more than they told me to pay in the first place. Shame on you.
