I set the appointment for a consultation with the understanding that a consultation was free. I arrived at the office and waited for over 30minutes before I asked the receptionist what was going on. She had obviously forgotten about me. They gave me a 5 minute consult and I asked for pricing for the procedure needed. The receptionist gave me pricing, then said it was wrong, and gave me different pricing. I then asked for a copy. The copy said 'Out of network' (which they didn't tell me) and I pointed it out. They proceeded to cover up and say it wouldn't make a difference though we all know it does and I was very upset they didn't inform me of this. I left the office 98% sure I would never return and later that day received a call from them with pricing that was 3X higher (that's 3 times she messed up and had to correct it)I was now 100% sure I'd never return. Today I received a bill for my 5 minute consultation that took no supplies, no time, nothing but the air in his office. This is a very unprofessional environment with a very money driven staff and very inaccurate quotes. I wouldn't trust a place like this because I know they'd send me a bill for more than they told me to pay in the first place. Shame on you.
