Dr Graves consultation was caring,thorough,and easily understood as he addressed my financial and total health concerns.From my first contact with his staff through matching my appointmentsand availability to Dr Graves schedule through help with understanding and using my dental insurance to just being supportive his whole staff was compassionate, caring and concerned.

Dr. Graves removed my wisdom teeth. He was very good and there wasnt really any pain whatsoever. The procedure was quick and he explained what he was was going to do before hand. Great work.

Dr. Graves extracted my lower left molar (#18), and his assistant, Abdul, gave me very detailed information on the implant procedure I intend to undergo as soon as the extraction site has healed. With the exception of the receptionist who checked me in (unenthusiastic, somewhat perfunctory in her processing), the entire experience was excellent. Sarah, the dental assistant, took me and and prepared me for the procedure. She connected with me in a professional way as her patient, answered my questions as we went along, and was reassuring and helpful. Abdul, the gentleman who explained the implant procedure, was very thorough, answered all my questions, and provided me with a written estimate of the costs of the procedure, when I elect to do it. Dr. Graves is excellent. He put up the panoramic X-ray and showed me the tooth to be extracted, the underlying bone mass (critical to a successful implant), the postion of the underlying nerve (not to close to the proposed implant site) and discussed the problems with the failed tooth he would be extracting. He gave me my choice of anesthetics, administered the shots well, and did a wonderful job with the extraction. Great follow-up care and explanations. Very good and professional

Not only did Dr. Graves provide me with a virtually pain free implant, he promply diagnosed a serious endodontic problem in an adjacent tooth when I walked into his office at 7:30 AM on Monday morning without an appointment. His prompt diagnosis allowed me to seek endodontic treatment so that pain from the tooth will not prevent me from visiting my daughter in Seattle for Christmas. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful Christmas in Seattle with my family, Dr. Graves!

Dr. Graves did my extractions and it was completely perfect. The staff was welcoming and calming and the procedure itself was completed quickly and with little or no pain. I wish he did regular dentistry so that I could have him do my yearly exams. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Graves is simply the best. He extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth and I was back to normal in 3 days. He even called me at 9:30pm, after the surgery, to see how I was doing. Now how many doctors would do that?
