Getting a tooth extracted when you are 59 years old is not exactly a piece of cake. However, everyone at Dr. Knoff's office made it seem not so bad! And actually due to the great prep and care I received and the follow up it really wasn't that bad. Thanks to Dr. Knoff and all his staff!

Dr. Knoff was professional yet personal in his manner. He was on time and had gentle hands. Two wisdom teeth extracted in 15 minutes with minimal pain. The staff was very caring and professional. They even called me a few hours after the procedure to check on me. I had an uneventful recovery with no bleeding or pain. Great dental experience!

Dr Knoff was very straight forward and professional. Staff was great.
Unfortunately, no follow-up, which I though odd. Also, no information regarding the procedure after completed.

Wisdom teeth removal. Nearly no pain at all (with taking the recommended amount of medication). Cost was expensive but insurance covered most of it. I would definitely recommend this oral surgeon to others.

In my life, I have been to a good many dentists and have had my share of work done. This over a 60+ year span. I must say that the experience that I had with Dr Knoff was the worse by far. This is the stuff that makes dental cowards like myself. I explained when I initially went to see them that I would like nitrous oxide as my choice for sedation. This, since I was accustomed to nitrous in my share of dental visits. They agreed. When I finally got into the chair for the work, they put the mask on. It was not having any effect. I believe that it was either a defective tank or empty. In any event they said that it was up all the way and seemed to ignore my discomfort. Without trying to resolve the problem or even offering an alternative Dr. Knoff proceeded to wrestle the teeth out. I say this because it was like a wrestling match complete with extreme pain. The most harsh and painful experience with a dentist ever. He even had to inject me again halfway through the procedure.
In my honest opinion, this dentist gave absolutely no consideration to my comfort or my value as a patient. A total "wham bam thank you ma'am" experience. If this was the only dentist in the state of Washington, I would fly to California to a dentist there

Dr. Knoff is an excellent surgeon. He did the implant for my husband in 2010 and I in 09/22/2011.
After the implant, I had no pain even a tingling when the numbness is gone. I did not take any pain killer or antibiotics. It heals by itself.

Dr Knoff & Dr Fettig are two of the finest dental practitioners I have ever encountered. My experience with Dr Knoff has consisted of six visits, all involving tooth extraction. From the front office receptionist through all phases of their operation I found substantial amounts of kindness, courtesy, and professionalism, be it making an appointment, having dental work done, recovering from pain free dental procedures, and checking out (including billing and insurance). In my past dental experience elsewhere I have always used local anesthesia (e.g., Novacaine) and I did so on my first visit to Dr. Knoff. He and his assistant seemed to anticipate my questions and my needs, always gentle action and clear, concise explanations. My second visit involved a very complex extraction of four teeth. Dr Knoff suggested general anesthesia and I concurred. That went so well, I used this method for the remaining visits I have made. I wouldn't go anywhere else for dental surgery, and would most emphatically recommend Dr Knoff and Dr Fettig to anyone in need of dental care.
