I've had 3 of my kids treated by Dr. Glauser and he never fails to impress! The treatments have all gone very well and my kids are very happy with the results. Recently, we had an emergency with my daughter's upper wires and he took time out on a Saturday, after attending a funeral, to meet us at his office and fix her problem. I have no doubt that he is the only orthodontist in town that would have given us such special treatment, and because of that he is the ONLY orthodontist that I will ever use! I can't imagine going anywhere else, and I couldn't recommend him highly enough! You will be treated like you matter, I promise that. Thank you Dr. Glauser for all that you do! Its truly refreshing to have someone that cares more than just about the money, your efforts and care are greatly appreciated.
About Front Desk: I have found his staff to be great! They are always quick to help and schedule around our many events and activities. They are respectful, polite and wonderful to work with. No wonder their office is always full!

Excellent service and results! As an adult patient I was not certain braces would be successful, but Dr. Glauser made the experience pleasant and the results were beyond my expectations. The process was remarkably fast and less painful that I thought possible. The staff was excellent, helpful and informative. I highly recommend Glauser-Williams Orthodontics.

I shopped around for the best orthodontic prices within a 15 mile radius of my home in NE Mesa and found the best price with Glauser/Williams Orthodontics. He didnt have to price match his competition, he beat them!
I found Dr. Glauser to be very charming and witty and his staff, especially Susan was very fun and enjoyable during my visits. I had both of my children in braces at the same time and now that they are both out of them I hear their friends comment often on what a great smile they have, really it is&.PRICELESS.
Dr. Glauser commented on what a great smile I had but that he could make it perfect in no time. What, my smile wasnt perfect??? After that comment, he offered me a price I just couldnt pass up, so I decided that just like, Trix the cereal, it isnt just for kids anymore. LOL
As an adult my visits are fun and entertaining. There are games to play, movies to watch, magazines to catch up on all the gossip. Making appointments are easy and convenient and after seeing their new website getting easier by the day. I have to say that regardless of age everyone feels comfortable there. I hear often from my colleagues and even strangers how great I look in clear braces but I cant wait to hear how great I look good without the braces, which I hope is soon. LOL
I refer everyone to Dr. Glauser and I have to say his treats for referrals&are well&SWEET! You cant go wrong with this one! I guarantee you will be glad you picked this practice, when you meet him just tell him NAN sent ya!

Best orthodontist around! I took my other child to a different orthodontist and Dr Glauser was way better! Customer Carr was A++

I had braces on about 5 years ago, he took them off very early. I still had a slight crooked tooth and my jaw was very off giving me TMJ. We went back for over a year trying to fix the problem and all he did was try and give me different retainers which didn't work. over 5 years later I go back because my mouth is extremely uncomfortable and he told me he would have never taken my braces off with my teeth like that. (funny, my retainer still fits) But assured he would take care of the problem. I went in to get braces back on. And suprise! He charged me 500 dollars to get them back on! NEVER go to this orthodontist. If you're looking for a good orthodontist, see Garn and Mason.

I hate this kind of dental clinic who doesn't respect patients' time. The problem w/ this doctor and their scheduler, they accept too many patients at the same time.

Not the greatest orthodontist. I would pass. Seems to only care about getting your money and then makes you wait HOURS, I mean literally HOURS, for each visit. Has no respect for your time. Pass on him.
