I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Woolaver and his team treat customers like a number, just to make money, They do not stand by their work and treat people terribly once you sign the contract. It was all promises until I signed the contract. Then, it was a run around and I was nickel and dimed. Thousands of dollars, my teeth barely moved, and now I must get my orthodontics redone! They will not budge for a redo or refund. I have to pay all over again, and my new ortho says for my problem Invisalign should have never been done in the first place. The dentist and the team do not know what they are doing here. They want your money. They give away rewards to get likes on Facebook and good reviews, this place is slimy and should not be trusted. Learn from my mistake, run far far away and see another orthodontist. My child is seeing a different one in the area now, and I see a world of difference. Respect to patients and real progress in his teeth. Don't buy into the free ice cream and games in the office. It is a ploy and facade. Good orthodontics do not exist in this office. Dr. Woolaver is disrespectful to his patients and has an ego problem, which can not be supported by good work.
About Front Desk: they all seem to focus on making money, and not care of the patient. eye rolling, and rude and dismissive behavior is common place here.

Dr. Woolaver's office engaged in very unprincipled business practices in our case. They made promises to me about billings and costs, and we scheduled an appointment based on these representations. Then, when my daughter went in for treatment which she had been looking forward to, they changed their representations and reneged on the promises, which had significant financial complications. We ended up not getting the treatment and not doing business with Dr. Woolaver's office. Had they been principled about the situation and contacted us in advance, instead of springing the issues on us on the day of the appointment, I would not have a negative view of the office.

Upon recommendation from a friend, I called Dr. Woolaver's office and set up consultation appointments. WELL, from day one my children and I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from Dr. Woolaver and his office staff. We are greeted by name at every office visit. He not only speaks to our kids as patients, but as poeple. My daughter, was the first to complete her orthodontic care. Prior to her braces she would never smile for school pictures. But, now you can see a smile in every photo as she proudly shows off her "new" teeth. As you can imagine, orthodontics can be a long process but worth it for the great results given by Dr. Woolaver and his staff.
I am thrilled with the results and friendly atmosphere at Wooalver Clearsmiles.

I've been fortunate enough to know Dr. Woolaver for over 6 years. Me and my three children have had braces (and prep work before braces) through Dr. Woolaver. In three words: He's World Class!!! Dr. Woolaver and his staff are extremely patient, kind, flexible and they are completely focused on customer success and results. He has awesome chair-side manners and I unconditionally recommend Dr. Woolaver to anyone who wants guaranteed results and perfection with a smile:-)

The staff at DrWoolavers office are all patient and caring. They take the time to make you feel at home and explain the appointments. My kids love going to their appointments and we highly recommend this office to anyone that needs orthodontia!!!! Thanks Dr Woolaver!!

This orthodontist office is by far the best we've been to. Our family currently has 3 kids in braces and we are completely saitsfied with Dr Woolaver. We had been to other offices before deciding to continue with Woolaver Clearsmiles. The paymnents, hours and appointments all fit our needs. Much thanks to Dr Woolaver and the staff!!!!

Looking for a great orthodontist look? I recently had my braces put on by Dr. Woolaver. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Woolaver and his staff. The girls are great and they really do have great customer service. Dr. Woolaver is more than glad to answer the endless questions I have. I highly recommend Dr. Woolaver as an orthodontist. Also my two boys love to hang out and make rootbeer floats and play his cool snowboarding games!!!! Great Place, Great Orthodontist.

It was hard to find an orthodontist that even took my insurance. I was surprised when I called and actually had somewhere to go here in Ahwatukee! The Dr was nice and the entire staff was too. Having braces as an adult is hard enough, but the girls are all very understanding, ansewred all my auestions and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

I went to see Dr Woolaver for a 2nd opinion on braces. I was surprised to find that I could have invisalign done at the same cost of braces! After my insurance paid, it was actually quite affordable. Im glad I went to see him and love my invisalign(better than braces).
