If you want perfectly straight teeth go to Dr. Howard Henry. He is a perfectionist and does a superior job. He is by far one of the best orthodontists. He did my teeth and I was very happy and satisfied with the results.

I am a surgical pt. with a complex case (surgery involving bone grafting, jaw reconstruction, etc. requiring orthodontics prior to, throughout and after surgery) since '07 and have received exceptional care regarding my treatment and care. I came to Dr. Henry's office with a long history of 'fear issues'. Dr. Henry and staff treated me with kid gloves and slowly gained my trust. They wereextremely patient :) I have personally observed Dr. Henry and his staff work quickly and competently together with each patient on an individual basis. And they always have time for your questions and concerns. Dr. Henry and his staff are constantly learning the newest techniques and treatments as I've seen many changes in the patients he treats just in the 3+years I've been under his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Howard L. Henry, and Arizona Orthodontics Exclusively to anyone who wants optimal state of the art technics and treatments and to all ages. Even to fraidy cats like I was

My son had braces put on at this orthodontist since he was referred to me.
I am in pre-bankruptcy mode, and they are leaving the braces on until they receive the last thousand of five thousand that was alreasdy paid.
My son is upset as a result of being self-conscious and really wants the braces taken off since they said they are ready to be taken off.
The pity is that my misfortune is put ahead of my son's care.
The balance will be paid off in full within the next month but they are embarrasing me, my son and their own reputation, (whether they realize it or not). I would use a credible orthodontist that can allow for a payment plan that is affordable. Six Thousand for braces these days is much more than pre-recession. Other ortho's are much more understanding. My other son that also needs braces will be utilizing the services of a kinder provider.Aetna has a dental plan that pays for braces, (where out of pocket is maxed out at two thousand. So, in summary, have a good dental plan and choose a more reputable Orthodontist. Heather their person that handles their finances is as rude and nasty as they come! Good Luck in your better choice elsewhere...

Cost is higher than most, but they are sensitive to specific needs/requirements. I am an adult - so I wanted my teeth to be very specific looking - not big and toothy (so pulled back farther) and not with the little overbite that most orthodontists give. I appreciated that. I also did not want to be stuck with a permanent brace on my bottom teeth like most orthodontists use. Dr. Henry doesn't use those. They don't take the braces off until they are right, so that is a plus.
Negatives are they are bad at getting in touch with you to reschedule appointments. I also found the sink where you brush and floss to be be quite distgusting and hardly hygenic.
I started with Dr. Sabatino and he just disappeared - so I ended up with Dr. Henry. It all worked out.
