My friend and I needed braces and thought we'd try invisilign. The reviews sounded good online so we thought we'd go here. After our extensive experience, both my friend and I see how awful this orthodontist is.
First off, we both paid him upfront for the treatment (almost 5k). That was mistake number one. As the treatment progressed, we both ran into issues. My friend did not see any substantial progress after a year of treatment. It turned out that her trays were not measured correctly. It was after a year that he finally noticed it! After he claimed to have "fixed" the problem, another year of pitiful results goes by... She has now switched to a different, more qualified orthodontist, and is now seeing actual results. As for me, my teeth shifted after the retainer was not tightened properly. When I came for a follow up appointment, I was told that I needed to pay more for a new retainer. Furious as I was, I agreed to it. After a few weeks, I came for an appointment again, and he recommended that I pay more money for "re-treatment".
Never have I seen such disgusting service. All this orthodontist wants is money from you. He does not seem to care nor have any human emotions or regard for his patients.
Be aware and stay away!
About Front Desk: Front desk staff and nurses are usually pretty nice. They are always helpful and seem to actually care about the patients. Too bad they work for such a horrible doctor.

Dr. Rosen and staff are awesome! I have been getting some teeth alignment done since 2009. I was on Invisalign to narrow some space, but one tooth moved crooked. Dr. Rosen had me on braces to reorient the tooth and to narrow the space I had between certain teeth.
Dr. Rosen and the staff have been very courteous and polite. They are always smiling and helpful. I have had a good experience and would recommend Dr. Rosen to anyone!
Tandy has worked on my teeth on many occasions and she is super, as are others in the Dental Office

About Front Desk: Dr. Rosen and the staff have been very courteous and polite. They are always smiling and helpful. Maggie and everyone else in the front desk are great with scheduling, and changing schedule when I have a conflict.

Rosen is the worst orthodontist ever! He messed my teeth up worst than they were when I started treatment. I now have to get braces on for another 2 years because he shifted my teeth wrong and caused my tooth to be permanently loose. I now have to spend more money and get an implant and remove my tooth he messed up.

Through out the years of being a patient at Andrew Rosens Orthodontics the entire staff is welcoming, friendly, outgoing, and always excited to see you. One lady Imparticular , Maggie has always been the most curtious and delightful person to speak to in person as well as over the telephone. Thank you Andrew rosen and staff for my bright, beautiful smile!

I would not recommend Dr. Rosen to others. He is so busy he never explains anything to me. He says "how are you" and that's it. He only talks to his assistants, then he's gone. He's also been sarcastic/insulting to me the last few months, which is great, considering I paid him the $4500 upfront. He'll walk away from you and loudly and sarcastically say to the assistant "good luck with that!" after he tells her what needs to be done. It seems like his staff is scared of him. But I hope my teeth are being fixed. I dread seeing him. His assistants are usually wonderful.

I really like the people I am working with here at Rosen Orthodontics. My appointments always go really quickly and I'm on my way about 20 to 30 mins. Dr. Rosen is very friendly. He answers my questions and always keeps me updated on what's going on.

The office is beautiful we love the fish. When I first walked in I thought oh no this is going to cost us. However their downpayment and payment plans are reasonable. The way they do braces is practical and can save money. Dr. Rosen's a sweetheart of a guy, very gentle and kind to the patients. I've never seen a patient walk away without smiling or not smile when they get called back! My daughter was always afraid of the dentist/orthodontist but after Dr. Rosen she can go to both without tears or fear! The staff is amazing, so kind and welcoming you feel like family, like they know who you are when you come in. They're also great to my other kids who aren't patients with dinosaur toys at the kids table, puzzles, kids chairs and of course kissy fish! That's what the kids call her! She's pink with a yellow tail and usually hides on the left side of the tank, from the waiting room! When you get your face close to the tank she comes out to say hi! Almost up to the glass! At least she does it for us! We love the staff and the office and will be sad to leave them when we move out of state! I only suggest Dr. Rosen to anyone and have given their pens to prospective orthodontic patients! They're wonderful!

Both my daughters see Dr. Rosen and his awesome staff regularly. They are highly professional and kind to the girls. I really appreciate his work ethic and office hospitality.

Dr.Andrew Rosen is the best I know. All of the staff there is great, nice and helpful. I was scared to get braces, but when they walked me throw the steps, I was happy and knew I was in great care. I was also scared that my over bite won't go way or that kids would make fun of me. The staff said that it will fix my over bite and I will notice more and more kids with braces. I recommend for kids and adults, to go see Dr.Rosen, he is a great guy. You will feel welcomed and comfortable there.

My entire family has gone to Dr. Rosen.. mom, kids and yes even grandma! Super fantastic!
