To discuss a billig question, you must make an appointment and pay $50.00!!!! He did a poor job and broke my retainer and decided I had to come up with $250.00 for a replacement. His reception desk staff is unprofessional and show little respect for patrons. Just walk in to meet a pack of poorly mannered teens slauching in their chairs, chewing gum and that will jerk you around when you look for assistance. Believe me. This practice worked fairly good until the other doctor left, perhaps becuase he could not stand Dr Moon any longer.
