We had our two children treated by Dr. Holman and his staff. For the most part we were pleased with the orthodonture. We had some questions about certain aspects of it but realized there are differences in treatment options so to say one is better than another is wrong.
My biggest gripes were his waiting room and hours. The waiting room is small and and more often than not it was crowded to overflowing. On several occasions we just waited outside. It seemed to us that such a successful orthodontist could provide a more comfortable waiting room for his patients.
I was also upset with his hours. It's one thing to have to take a third grader out of class for an hour, but in the eleventh grade it's a different story. They do try to schedule most procedures after school, but it seems to me they can be a little more flexible with the older patients who really can't miss school. In that respect the office is very inflexible.
Also, in an office where these middle and high schoolers are their meat and potatoes, maybe opening even one Saturday a month might be a nice gesture. I know they don't have to do it, but it would be nice if they did.
