Dr. Griffin is wonderful. But Liz, the person who does his billing (that's using the term loosely), is incompetent and rude. She can't process insurance claims correctly, she doesn't use a database to track payments electronically, she appears to do everything by hand, and she sends out bills that are incomprehensible, poorly Xeroxed, with whiteout all over them, and that you can't use to determine how much you've owed or paid or how much insurance has paid. She is impossible to deal with, and we have spent far more hours on the phone with her trying to get billing figured out than our child spent getting braces on and adjusted. Unless/until they get a new billing person who uses a system that wasn't last updated in 1970, stay away.
