I went in for an initial consult with Dr. Arango and found him to be rude to my family. After he told me to "get my stuff" I went in to talk finances with his staff. They quoted me over 7000 dollars and insisted that I MUST pay cash for the Herbst appliance. I couldn't pay with a check or any other form. To qoute "Drive to the ATM and get $800 cash and bring it here" and to me that seemed suspicious! My daughter was stressed that the doctor didn't like us...which is fine, because I took my 7850 bucks and drove to a different orthodontist who quoted me 3500 for the same treatment and appliance and he is letting me write a check. And he was POLITE to me to boot. In closing: OVERPRICED and bad customer service.
