This has been a nightmare. I have the following complaints: overcharged, the staff is consistently rude, if you have to reschedule it can take almost another month to get it, Dr. Arango sees your child for about 90 seconds and then she's off to an assistant for the rest of the time, and they said they'd take our insurance (Tricare) and then wouldn't. They just want to get lots of patients in there and make as much money as they can. They don't even care that my child's gums have been inflamed since she got the braces on and we can't seem to bring down the inflamation. What a huge mistake this was-$5,000!
