Damon Brace's System. Cost for whole mouth was very expensive over $6,300. This system was suppose to reduce pain and the time worn, over conventional braces. At the initial apt we were told he would have them on about two years. It has been nearly three years and Dr Arango still doesn't know when they will be removed. He dismisses us any time we ask how much longer it will be. The pain our child has gone through does not seem to be any less than what friends have told us they went through with conventional braces. Office staff is usually rude or they act as if we are imposing on them, or taking away from their tv time. The office is very nice and has tvs for the patients to watch but the hygenists tend to watch tv too and our child's mouth has been cut from their negligence and not paying attention to what they are doing. Dr. Arango was very friendly at the inital consult but his demeanor changed after he had our signed contract and money. The Colorado Springs office hours are very limited, which they did not tell us when we signed the contract. So it is very hard to get appointments when you need them, or when is convenient for you.
