I was going to schedule an appointment with Dr, Larsen, mainly because he is close by and on the list of providers for Delta. However, after phoning the office and speaking with "tom", I decided to keep looking. Totally unprofessional telephone manners, and seemed clueless about Dr, Larsen's practice. The person who answers the phone for a doctor(or any business) establishes the first impression for that business. Sorry, but I don't want to deal with a doctor who can't even train competent support staff.
