He is so passionate, it comes out of his pores, Very good Doctor, very informative visit, I learned a lot.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

I experienced extremely long waits in office and on the phone making appointments and asking insurance questions. The staff assured me that they were "in network" and accepted my dental insurance. However come to find out they were "out of network". Sadly I only found this out after my procedure. Don't make my mistake and take the staff at their word, in my experience they were very disorganized and didn't know what they were talking about. Check with your insurance company first! Dr Larsen himself was rushed, barely took time to answer questions or explain the procedure. Twice during the treatment he got up and left without explanation. By the end I was very uncomfortable, the anesthetic was wearing off and I was squirming in the chair. After frantically waving my arms to get him to stop he removed the bite guard long enough for me to say, it hurts, then gave me another shot and finally finished.

About Front Desk: Again, disorganized, misleading and/or inaccurate information about insurance coverages. Very long wait times.

An excellent dentist, great staff, and the only dental practice in the Fresno area based upon the best science. Highly reccomended.

Dr. Larsen has done a fantastic job in removing all my son's mercury and other dental work. He has also done work on my other children and myself too. We (My daughter and I) also had braces done w/ Dr. Larsen, I am Highly Recommending everyone to visit Dr. Larsen soon and see it for yourself...

About Hygienist: the hygienist in Dr. Larsen are kind and genlte with our teeths, we feel very welcome when we visit every six months. we leave the office with clean teeth/ gums and feeling happy

I had my mercury fillings removed and redone with the white filling instead. Doctor was gentle and kind. Very informative and he knows his information and wants the best for his patients. I would recommend him to others and i have.

Dr. Larsen has been my family's dentist since I was 12 years old. He has always taken great care of my and my family's oral care needs, and now as I am starting my own family I hope Dr. Larsen will be able to serve my own family's needs. Keep up the great work Dr. Larsen! -Sam from Clovis

About Hygienist: Ann, She is a soft spoken, very friendly and more importantly a gentle but thorough hygienist. She always does a great job and I really appreciate how she remembers my and my family member's names. Its important to me that the staff of an office care and exude that warm kindness. I was going to schedule an appointment with Dr, Larsen, mainly because he is close by and on the list of providers for Delta. However, after phoning the office and speaking with "tom", I decided to keep looking. Totally unprofessional telephone manners, and seemed clueless about Dr, Larsen's practice. The person who answers the phone for a doctor(or any business) establishes the first impression for that business. Sorry, but I don't want to deal with a doctor who can't even train competent support staff.

this doctor is not kid friendly.. he is very impatient he yells at the kids that are scared. He told me as a parent that my kid was the first kid he had that ever cried, and that he has no patience for this 5yr old. And that he recommends that I get her teeth pulled. Because no other dentist is going to deal with the crying.
