I experienced extremely long waits in office and on the phone making appointments and asking insurance questions. The staff assured me that they were "in network" and accepted my dental insurance. However come to find out they were "out of network". Sadly I only found this out after my procedure. Don't make my mistake and take the staff at their word, in my experience they were very disorganized and didn't know what they were talking about. Check with your insurance company first!
Dr Larsen himself was rushed, barely took time to answer questions or explain the procedure. Twice during the treatment he got up and left without explanation. By the end I was very uncomfortable, the anesthetic was wearing off and I was squirming in the chair. After frantically waving my arms to get him to stop he removed the bite guard long enough for me to say, it hurts, then gave me another shot and finally finished.
About Front Desk: Again, disorganized, misleading and/or inaccurate information about insurance coverages. Very long wait times.
