We find the office to have too many clients - very poor customer service - if you miss an appointment (they won't call and remind you of it) expect to wait an additional 6 weeks for a new one. You can aslo expect to wait 30 min to and hour for your scheduled appointment. Lastly, they convey all info to your child - took them 3 months to tell me my child was supposed to be wearing bands (never had braces myself - had no idea).
