Dr. Okun is very nice with a quiet & patient demeanor. However, the office is a factory. It often takes me a week of calling and being placed on hold several times for very long periods of time before I can get an emergency appointment for broken wires, etc. They have a voicemail set up that suggests you can leave a message and your call will be returned but I have never been given a return call. Unless you are the first appointment you can expect to spend well over an hour for a 10 minute visit. My child says there is one tech that is not so gentle and seems to think your mouth is a construction site. It is unfortunate because Dr. Okun does great work and the staff for the most part is friendly and when you can actually get to them, they are very helpful, it's just getting to them.
