Dr. Okun's office is run like a factory. This would be tolerable if it were not for the extraordinary wait times. To date the minimum wait time has been an hour. Given the frequency of visits this is a huge drain on my time. We have two more children that will need braces, but we will go elsewhere. It is also important to note that his practice has grown so much that we are now unable to get appointment times outside of the school day unless we want to exceed the recommended time between appointments. A great orthodontist; however, no business skills.
