she is a very nice lady and works really hard. She tries her hardest. The only thing that i dont like is that the amount of times you can break a bracket you can only pop off three brackets and for me they poped off alot so that wasn't great. She is good about priceing i believe that she tries to help out the best she can on the priceing and ways of paying. And when i got ine i got a discount becuase it was christmas time which helped out and you also get a discount if you have another family member that hass braces she will knock off the price. Pain she is really carefull that she doesn't hurt anyone and that is a good thing but i think she needs to get her nurses to ask if the patients if they are hurting becuase many people won't speak up.Also the tv is a great way to keep people acuppied. An the games are great for while your waiting for your name to get called or if you have a little kid waiting it is a good way to keep them occupied.
BUt one thing that i have noticed is they don't always have the colars tyhat you want but they do apoligize And the nurses like do the work and then she comes and checks it but it ussually takes a long time she sould try to get there faster but she cant help it and says she is sorry
